Monthly Nutrition Coaching

Real, sustainable transformations take time and consistent check-ins. In my monthly coaching packages, we work on everything to give you all the tools you need to change your habits, build a healthy lifestyle, and get lasting results for your health and performance. We’re going to talk about nutrition, training, mindset, and everything you need to make a positive change toward your health and fitness goals. Boom! Are you ready? I am! Monthly coaching includes:

  • Custom nutrition and training plans, holistic health, lifestyle, mindset, and supplement recommendations.

  • Weekly check-ins and updates.

  • Unlimited e-mail and texting with me to answer questions and work through struggles as you go.

This is real life, and this is wonderful, unique real human you. If a diet has ever failed you, it’s not you! Pre-made programs don’t work with real life variables, individual health conditions, and all of the little moments in day that make up your everyday life. I am here to help you navigate an approach to nutrition and fitness that will work for YOU, while guiding you as your body adapts, training goals change, and seasons of life change to make sure you continue to see the results you are working so hard to achieve.

Who is coaching for?

1-on-1 custom coaching is for beginners, elite athletes, and those hoping to create a real change to improve health conditions, hormonal balance, and gut health. We will say goodbye to diet culture and create a custom protocol right for you, your goals, your body, your health conditions, and your lifestyle.

Coaching is for anyone who wants to cultivate food freedom, gain confidence, and create the structure needed for peace of mind, sustained energy, and long term health.


One Time Holistic Nutrition + Fitness Consultation

Get started on your fitness journey, or push your training to a new level a one time session. This is a one time holistic health and nutrition consultation that will last 75-90 minutes. I will have you fill out intake forms before we meet so we can dive deep in this session. This is not a shallow consultation, I’m here to hear your story and help you figure our what you need to set you up for success. You will receive everything you need to get started on your plan, the rest is up to you! If you are a generally healthy individual looking for clarity or wanting to get started on a healthy lifestyle but need some direction on where to start, this plan is for you.

We will go over:

  • Health history.

  • Diet and health analysis.

  • Custom recommendations for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle based on your intake forms and our conversation.

You will receive:

A write up summary of our meeting with written recommendations. (This is usually a 10-15 page packet).

  • A personalized nutrition plan based on your nutrient needs, fitness goals, current metabolism, and health concerns.

  • Follow up e-mails to make adjustments or if you have questions as you get started. (You can always schedule additional meetings if you want more check-ins, updates, and/or accountability).

  • Custom example meal plan based on your macronutrient needs.

  • Access to my toolbox and additional materials, goal setting guides, and other downloadable recipe ebooks, tips and tricks, and reference guides.

  • Supplement recommendations.

I highly recommend going to a functional doctor or your primary care physician before we meet so we can have labwork and/or a clear picture of your starting point.

*If you decide to continue onto monthly coaching, I will roll this payment into your first month of coaching.
