The most important aspect of Nutrition Coaching is consistency! Virtual coaching has made that as easy and convenient for clients as possible. We meet weekly for coaching clients and as scheduled for single sessions.
What chronic conditions are you comfortable working with?
I have a background in therapeutic nutrition and can work with you to support a number of conditions, nicluded, but not limited to: Digestive Issues, Food Allergies/Sensitivities, Anxiety and Depression, Autoimmune Conditions & Hashimoto's, Cardiovascular Health, Diabetes and Insulin Resistance, Hormone Imbalances, Neurotransmitter Funciton & Production, Nutrition Deficiencies, Cancer (Support & Prevention), Eating Disorders, Sports Injury & Prevention, Brain Health & Cognitive Function, Fatigue.
Do you create custom macro recommendations for clients?
YES!
If you are just looking to eat better, have a healthier relationship with food, or enjoy food with less guilt, you do not need to track your macros and I might encourage you not to.
However, if you are one of my athletes and really want to break into a new level of performance, I really encourage tracking macros. They are game changing!
Are you plant based or vegan?
I am not vegan,
But I believe in sustainable nutrition for the earth and the power of plants for human health! All of my meal plans encourage the consumption of lots of fruits and vegetables. I used to be vegan, and started eating meat again to support local farmers, increase my ability to eat local food, and to increase my performance, muscle size, and recovery. I still believe you can be vegan and healthy, I also believe you can eat meat and still eat healthy and support the environment. I care about sourcing more than I care about a certain diet dogma.
What’s Included in Coaching?
All of my coaching clients begin with a diet analysis, and health history/intake questionnaire. We will build your personal protocol from there. All of my recommendations are custom and I tailer my approach to each client. You and I work together as we go to make sure you are seeing results, and working through the successes and challenges that come your way. This is not a quick fix. This is FULL on transformation baby!
