One Time Nutrition + Fitness Session
This is not your typical consulting session!
We are going to go over everything and set you up with initial nutrition, supplement, training and lifestyle recommendations based on your body and lifestyle needs.
In this session we will go over:
Intake forms: health history, diet analysis, food journal, etc.
Body type analysis
Your current dietary patterns and what simple switches you can make to create BIG change.
Custom nutrition, macronutrient, and supplement recommendations
exercise recommendations/training plan dependent on your individual needs. This can also be supplemental training support for athletes in team sports. (I will write up a plan and am here via e-mail to answer questions or help with form but this does not include in-person training - you’ve got this!)
key nutrients/therapeutic nutrition for clients with health concerns.
daily meal plan template and meal planning/recipe support if needed.
We will discuss your story, your diet history, your relationship with food, your current health, and your health and fitness goals and then identify what steps you need to take to set you out on the right track.
This session is meant to get you started. I recommend follow up sessions every two weeks to build on your recommendations to help you meet your goals. We always need changes as our bodies adapt and our lifestyles change if we want to continue to see results. I recommend monthly coaching for all my clients to get the most our of their plans. However, I want this session to have a big impact on your life and will include an e-mail follow up to answer questions, and make adjustments to the plan if needed.
