Hey there! I’m Adina, a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer. I’m on a mission to help women feel confident and empowered as they navigate a life long relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies.
I have a background in functional nutrition, food and medical anthropology, eastern approaches to food and health. I’ve spent 15 years competing in endurance sports, traveling around the U.S rock climbing, and in general, having a really good time playing in the mountains. I have been a competitive natural bodybuilder for 4 years, earning my OCB pro card in 2019.
I truly believe health and performance should align. I am here to bridge that gap.
