Hey there! I’m Adina, a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer. I’m on a mission to help women feel confident and empowered as they navigate a life long relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies.

I have a background in functional nutrition, food and medical anthropology, eastern approaches to food and health. I’ve spent 15 years competing in endurance sports, traveling around the U.S rock climbing, and in general, having a really good time playing in the mountains. I have been a competitive natural bodybuilder for 4 years, earning my OCB pro card in 2019.

I truly believe health and performance should align. I am here to bridge that gap.

I work one-on-one with my clients to improve their health and fitness, thrive in the sports they love, and cultivate healthy relationships with food alongside the business of life.

I do not believe in one size fits all. I will meet you where you are and help you create a customized approach to nutrition and training in alignment with your goals, nutrient needs, and phase of life. I will provide you with the custom plan you need to nourish your body, recover well, and gain confidence in your training/exercise and work with you to implement an approach that works for you over the long term.

We’ll cover it all from diet analysis, current lifestyle and health conditions, to specific key nutrients, supplementation, and training for your athletic goals. This includes a one time custom nutrition plan with training/exercise, supplement, and key nutrient recommendations.
